The staff was exceptional, as well as host. The location was good - so close to National Park of Butrint and Ksamil islands. Moreover, Agios Saranda was not too far away from the place.

Tbh, had a really amazing stay on vacation. Appreciated my room, it was impressive and spotless with comfortable bed. An electric kettle, a refrigerator and glassware were nice. This accommodation had a central setting very close to almost everything.

I recently stayed at a centrally located hotel called Joan and had a wonderful experience. The staff were extremely helpful, even going above and beyond by preparing a special late breakfast for us when we had to miss the regular breakfast due to an early trip. The rooms were nice and clean, and I particularly loved the ocean view from our room's balcony. It was truly a pleasure staying at Joan.
